In collaboration with the Directorate of Psychological Operations, Directorate of Preventive Medicine and Mental Health in the Colombo Army Hospital, including a team of National Dangerous Drugs Control Board and Alcohol & Drug Information Center conducted a training programme on counselling for officers in all units in the Wanni.
The main aim of this workshop was meant to train officers to help relieve mental stress of All Ranks in the Army and identify those tendencies at the formative stage. It was held during January 22-23 at the Security Force Headquarters – Wanni (SFHQ-W).
