Major General A.S Ariyasingha assumed office as the 7th General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the 14 Division during a brief ceremony, held at his office in Colombo on Monday (6).
The newly-appointed GOC signed an official document and symbolized the acceptance of the new appointment amid religious observances.
