‘Angampora,’ Sri Lankan Martial Art, Basic Course No 2 at the Security Force Headquarters - Kilinochchi (SFHQ-KLN) in order to introduce and popularize this ancient self-defence techniques, promotion of physical strength, endurance, courage and tolerance among the soldiers, commenced under the guidance of Major General Vijitha Ravipriya, Commander, Security Forces - Kilinochchi for Army personnel serving in Kilinochchi areas.
The inaugural ceremony of the course was held on Thursday (3) at the Dasa Bala Rawana Experiment and Conservation Angampora Village. Commander, Security Forces - Kilinochchi, graced the opening ceremony as the Chief Guest along with Staff Officers in the SFHQ-KLN.
