Environment-concerned 19 Sri Lanka Light Infantry (SLLI) troops, belonging to the 651 Brigade of the 65 Division under the Security Force Headquarters - Kilinochchi together with locals took part in a mammoth project to clean up the coastal belt area of Thewanpiddy in Kilinochchi on Thursday (20).
The programme was conducted on the directions of the Commander Security Forces Kilinochchi, Major General G V Ravipriya and under the close supervision of the General Officer Commanding of 65 Division Major General Wasantha Kumarapperuma.
