A group of 49 Army troops of the 19 Sri Lanka National Guard (SLNG) serving the Security Force Headquarters - Central on Unduwap Full Moon Poya Day (22) extended their support for carriage of the statue of God Sumana Saman in the procession to be placed atop the Sri Pada which heralds the commencement of the season for veneration.
