Sri Lanka’s No. 1 Motor Sports event, ‘Fox Hill Super Cross’ that brought thousands of fans to the chilly garrison town, Diyatalawa, took place on Saturday (21) with several distinguished guests, participating in the event and its award ceremony.
Chief of the Defence Staff, Admiral R.C Wijegunaratne attended as the Chief Guest.
The annual event organized in cooperation with the Sri Lanka Motor Sport Committee (SLAMSC), Sri Lanka Military Academy (SLMA) in coordination with the Department of Sports, Sri Lanka Automobile Sports & Federation of Motorcycle Sports took place on 20 -21 April 2018.
Fox Hill Super Cross began 18 years ago has been a source of fund –raising to uplift the standards of the SLMA. Construction of the language laboratory, computer laboratory, swimming pool and the gymnasium were made possible due to the funds raised from the Fox Hill.
