Troops of the Security Force Headquarters-East (SFHQ-E) and Security Force Headquarters-Central (SFHQ-C) launched Dengue Epidemic Prevention programmes in their respective areas of responsibility in parallel with the ongoing National Dengue Prevention Week which will continue from 9 to 16 September.
A total of 130 troops serving the SFHQ-E participated in the project by cleaning the SFHQ-E premises during the Dengue Prevention Week.
Meanwhile, troops of the SFHQ-C conducted their Dengue prevention programme at Koslanda general area on 12 September. Several medical officers, together with District Medical Officers and Police officers attended the programme.
