Mrs Emasha Kariyakarawana, Senior Psychiatrist and Counselor conducted a lecture on ‘Art of Living’ during 22-23 August at the Welikanda Maha Vidyalaya for the troops serving the 23 Division. Nearly 650 Army Personnel of 23 Division attended the programme.
On the same day, a counseling programme was conducted by a team of ‘Seth’ Organization to enlighten public regarding how to negotiate problems faced in day to day life. More than 550 civilians of the area took part in the programme.
