The newly-established publication section of the Security Force Headquarters-Kilinochchi (SFHQ-KLN) was declared open by Major General Sudantha Ranasinghe, Commander, SFHQ-KLN on Monday (15).
Senior officers, officers and other ranks of the SFHQ-KLN attended the opening ceremony.
