President’s Guard which was raised by the office of the former President has been disbanded retrospective from April 30, 2015 in view of administrative requirements of the Army and those troops have been re-directed to their respective Regiments / Units.
However, all measures have been taken to ensure necessary security to the former President with required security personnel as per directions. (Ends)
