Security Force Headquarters-Wanni (SFHQ-W) distributed 25,000 cashew nut saplings with the sponsorship of Dilmah Conservation among members of the rural community under arrangements and the supervision of Brigadier T.D Weerakoon, Brigade Commander, 622 Brigade recently.
The distribution of those plants took place at Pulmoddai, Sinhapura, Helambawewa, Janakapura, Kiriibbanwewa, Ehatugaswewa and Kokilai areas for the benefit of villagers.
