The ‘Sammabimani’ spiritual programme, conducted by Ven. Uduwe Dhammaloka Thero under the patronage of the Army with the purpose of enhancing moral values in the general public, got underway at Shikshakara Privena, Moneragala on Sunday (23).
Brigadier J.R Kulatunga, General Officer Commanding, 12 Division graced the occasion. Senior officers, officers, other ranks and more than 1000 devotees participated in the event.
