The veteran actress, Mrs Anoja Weerasinghe, now a practitioner of Yoga, conducted a four-day workshop for 75 Army personnel at Nelum Piyasa auditorium at the Security Force Headquarters-Kilinochchi (SFHQ-KLN) beginning on Sunday (14).
The seven-member crew, together with Mrs Weerasinghe provided vocal training exercises also to the trainees in addition to Yoga practices which are very useful to both physical and mental conduct of Army personnel.
The programme was launched following a conceptual notion, proposed by Lieutenant General Daya Ratnayake, Commander of the Army.
Major General Sudantha Ranasinghe, Commander, SFHQ-KLN has directed his troops to make the project a success.
