66 Division Headquarters under command to the Security Force Headquarters Kilinochchi (SFHQ-KLN) organized a commemorative ceremony headed by Major General Sundantha Ranasinghe, Commander, SFHQ-KLN, at Hasalaka Gamini’s war memorial on account of his 23rd death anniversary on July 14.
Mrs. Y. G. Juliet, the mother of Corporal Kularathne was presented a book written on his son and a CD by Major General Sundantha Ranasinghe on the occasion. Floral tributes and lighting of an eternal lamp contributed to the ceremonies.
General Officers Commanding (GOC) of all Divisions, Brigade Commanders, Commanding Officers (CO) of Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment (SLSR) under command to the SFHQ-KLN, Late Corporal Kularatne’s family members were present at this ceremony.
