At the invitation of Major General Sudantha Ranasinghe, Commander, Security Force Headquarters-Kilinochchi (SFHQ-KLN), Dr H.B.D Hearth, Deputy Director, Environmental and Occupational Health Division under Ministry of Health conducted a lecture programme on ‘Sustains of a Healthy Life’ at SFHQ-KLN auditorium on Friday (31).
The programme was organized with the objective of giving more exposure to Army personnel on occupational health, the lecture applied to officers, other ranks and members of civil staff.
The lecture covered different topics such as Body Mass Index, Food Controlling, Physical Exercises, Use of Liquor and Drugs and Sexual Diseases.
Participants numbering over 300 had the chance of interacting with the lecturer asking many questions.
