Major General Mahinda Hathurusinghe, Commander, Security Force Headquarters, Jaffna (SFHQ-J) with a view to bidding goodbye to all ranks, visited the 55 Division area under SFHQ-J and addressed all officers, other ranks and civil staff serving there before taking over his new appointment at Army Heaquarters.

During the visit, Major General Hathurusinghe was invited to declare open a new office complex, built at 55 Division Headquarters premises.
The new office complex was constructed under the guidance of Brigadier B.H.M.A Wijesinghe, General Officer Commanding, 55 Division.
Senior officers, other ranks and civil staff attended the occasion.
