All the senior officers serving the Security Force Headquarters - Kilinochchi (SFHQ-KLN) participated in a specially designed Commanding Officers’ Training workshop programme at Ampakamam Army Training School on Sunday (17).
The programme was led by Brigadier C.S.N.B Mudannayake, Mr R.M. Wijeratne, Ms Samantha Ratnayake, Mr Ranjith Wimalasuriya, Mr Amith Perera, Ms Sandamali Gamage, Ms Kaushika Premaratne, Mrs Rekha Aththidiyage, Mr Arosh Yahampath, Mr Anuradha Hewamanna and Prof Ranjith Bandara, who delivered lectures to the participants covering topics such as Regimentation, Working with People, Emotional Intelligence, Mental Exercise and Relaxation, Handling of Complaints / Logical Skills / Making Suggestions.
Colonel L.C.R. Jayasuriya as the Best Commanding Officer, 651 Brigade as the best Brigade and 66 Division as the best Division received awards from Major General Udaya Perera, Commander, SFHQ-KLN.
