A team of foreign delegates attending Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) 2013 met Major General Udaya Perera, Commander, Security Force Headquarters – Kilinochchi (SFHQ-KLN), during a visit to Kilinochchi area on Wednesday (13).
After the visitors were warmly welcomed, the Commander, SFHQ-KLN briefly explained the Army involvement in development and reconciliation process in Kilinochchi area.
As a special part of their visit, they visited the Kilinochchi Harmony Centre and saw for themselves development projects of the area.
