11 Sri Lanka Artillery (SLA) troops of 681 Brigade under 68 Division of the Security Forces Headquarters – Mullaittivu (SFHQ-MLT) having observed hardships faced by a homeless widow with four children volunteered to build a new house for them in Mullivaikkal area recently.
The foundation stone for construction of this new house was laid by Major General L.B.R Mark, Commander SFHQ-MLT, together with General Officer Commanding - 68 Division.
Brigadier T.J. Nanayakkara, General Officer Commanding - 68 Division, Senior officers and villagers attended the occasion.
