Security Forces Headquarters, Kilinochchi, (SFHQ-KLN) made hundreds of its troops learn about civil coordinating affairs and other psychological approaches during a workshop held recently at SFHQ-KLN auditorium.
Two officers of the Army Directorate of Psychological Operations conducted the lectures for 92 officers and 158 other ranks during the full-day arrangement.
The arrangement was organized on the instructions of Major General Udaya Perera, Commander SFHQ-KLN.
