Troops serving 121 Brigade in Boossa, Galle contributed their share to Poson commemoration by conducting a mobile Bhakthi Gee (devotional songs) recitation at different key points in the port city of Galle.
The float with singers performed in Unawatuna Bonavista Elders’ Home, Galle Prison Headquarters, Galle Police Station, Southern Naval Command and at 121 Brigade Headquarters premises until late into the night on Poson Poya Day.
The arrangement directed by Brigadier A.S Ariyasinghe, Brigade Commander drew huge public attention and appreciation.
