Both first and second Courts Martial hearing charges against General Sarath Fonseka resumed sittings on Monday (28) respectively at 2.00 p.m. and 4.00 p.m., as scheduled.
Prosecution in the first Court Martial moved to call up the first witness on 12th July 2010 at 2.00 p.m. for the next round of hearing.
The second Court Martial after resuming its sittings at 4.00 p.m. on Monday (28) adjourned its next hearing for 19th July 2010 at 2.00 p.m. Both prosecution and defence completed leading evidence and cross-examining on the first witness during the second Court Martial. (Ends)
