WANNI: EXTENSIVE search operations that covered MURUSIMUDE and POONERYN areas in MULLAITTIVU and KILINOCHCHI districts were continued by Army troops for another day throughout Wednesday (10).
Troops also conducted searches in RUGAM, AMPARA area during Wednesday (10). All those search operations collected one T-56 weapon, one T-56 magazine, one micro pistol, two 9 mm pistols, one booby trap, two claymore mines, one T-56 weapon, two T-56 magazines, sixty T-56 ammunition rounds, eighteen anti personnel mines and dry rations worth about Rs. 150, 000.
