Troops of the 11 Division serving under the Security Force Headquarters - Central (SFHQ-C) renovated the Ahas Pokuna Temple, Digana on Friday (21).
Army troops giving their fullest support renovated those old buildings at Ahas Pokuna Temple within a few days.
Ven Pimbure Dhammaduwa thero, the Chief Incumbent, Ahas Pokuna Temple thanked the troops for their immense contribution.
After the renovation of the buildings of the temple, Major General P.U.S. Vithanage, Commander, Security Forces - Central together with General Officer Commanding, 11 Division visited the temple premises.
