Directorate of Psychological Operations conducted another awareness programme on ‘anti-social acts’ under the instructions of the Commander of the Army.
During June 14-17, the awareness programme continued at the Security Force Headquarters – Wanni (SFHQ-W) premises.
Resources for the project were provided by the Directorate of Psychological Operations, Directorate of Legal, Sri Lanka Army Mental Health Unit and Alcohol and Drug Information Centre (ADIC) with the coordination of the Director, Directorate of Psychological Operations.
In parallel with the programme conducted at the SFHQ-W premises, other lecture sessions were also held at 21 and 54 Divisions.
A total of 1060 Army personnel, including 62 officers and 998 other ranks attended the programmes.
