Major General D.K.S.K Dolage USP nps psc, the Commandant of the Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force (SLAVF), visited 2 (V) Sri Lanka Signal Corps, 3 (V) Military Intelligence Corps, and 3 (V) Sri Lanka Army Corps of Agriculture and Livestock on 12 June 2025, during his official visit to Security Force Headquarters (East).
The Commandant was warmly received by the respective Commanding Officers at each location. Each visit included a comprehensive briefing and a troop address, where the Commandant highlighted the value of discipline, accountability, and the pride associated with volunteer service. He also highlighted the significance of supporting the government’s “Clean Sri Lanka” initiative.
To mark the occasion, he posed for group photographs and left a note in the visitors’ book. Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks were present during the visits.
