The 54 Infantry Division, in collaboration with medical staff from the Adampan Medical Officer of Health (MOH) Office, conducted a medical clinic on 07 June 2025 at Vellankulam Government Tamil Mixed School in Mannthai (West). The initiative aimed at providing essential healthcare services to communities in the area. Around 125 families from nearby villages were offered services including general consultations, eye care, dental treatments, mental health and nutritional advice, and blood tests.
This was conducted under the guidance of Major General A.M.C.P Wijerathna RWP RSP NPS psc, General Officer Commanding, 54 Infantry Division, and supervision of the Commander, 541 Infantry Brigade.
