ASVU Hosts Milk Tea Dansala for Devotees Attending Sacred Tooth Relic Exhibition

The Army Seva Vanitha Unit (ASVU), under the guidance of Lieutenant General Lasantha Rodrigo RSP ctf-ndu psc IG, Commander of the Army and the supervision of Mrs Swendrini Dissanayake, the President of the ASVU, conducted a milk tea dansala for devotees on 18 April 2025. This initiative will continue until the conclusion of the exposition of Sacred Tooth Relic.

In collaboration with Fonterra Brands Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, the ASVU is distributing 50,000 servings of milk tea to the pilgrims visiting daily to pay homage to the Sacred Relic.

Major General K.A.U. Kodithuwakku RSP USP psc IG, General Officer Commanding of the 11 Infantry Division, along with his spouse, Officers and Other Ranks participated in the opening ceremony.
