The 51 Infantry Division conducted a Football Tournament in line with the Clean Sri Lanka Initiative to strengthen ties with civil-military cooperation at the 51 Division CIMIC Park Ground on 10 March 2025.
Twelve teams from surrounding villages competed the tournament. The Tamil Football Club secured the championship with a 1-0 victory over the Queen Brothers Football Club in the final match.
Major General M.P.N.A. Muthumala USP psc, General Officer Commanding of the 51 Infantry Division, graced the event as the Chief Guest.
