Major General K.M.S Perera (Retd) psc of the Sri Lanka Armoured Corps passed away on 19 February 2025 after a brief illness at the Army Hospital, Narahenpita. He was 85 years old at the time of his demise.
The mortal remains of the late Senior Officer will repose at No. 168/5, Stanley Thilakaratne Mawatha, Nugegoda, from 20 February 2025 at 8.30 a.m. onwards for final respects.
His funeral with full military honours will take place on 22 February 2025 at the Borella General Cemetery at 5.30 p.m.
