New Chief Signal Officer Assumes Office

Major General G.L.S.W Liyanage USP nps psc assumed duties as the 12th Chief Signal Officer (CSO) during a simple ceremony at Army Headquarters on 15th January 2025.

As part of the proceedings, he signed an official document, formally accepting the new appointment amidst religious observances. Following this, he addressed the Officers and Other Ranks, outlining his vision for the future.
