The 13th Defence Services Weightlifting Championship concluded on 09th January 2025 at the National Weightlifting Centre, Torrington Square, Colombo 07.

The Army Sports Club clinched the Men’s Overall Championship title.
Private K.C.A.S.D Jayawardana of the Sri Lanka Army General Services Corps was named "Best Lifter" of the championship for his exceptional performance.
Both the Sri Lanka Army Men's and Women's Weightlifting Teams emerged victorious in their respective categories.
