Newly Appointed Colonel Commandant of SLEME Assumes Office

Major General T.A Peiris ptsc, Commander, Logistics Command (Wanni) assumed duties as the 11th Colonel Commandant of the Sri Lanka Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (SLEME) at the Regimental Centre on 10 December 2024.

Newly appointed Colonel Commandant was warmly welcomed by the Centre Commandant according a Guard Turnout, followed by a Guard of Honour.

Thereafter, the Senior Officer officially assumed his duties amidst religious blessing in the presence of Senior Officers.

Senior Officer, Officers and Other Ranks participated in the event.
