Closing Ceremony of the Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law Advance Course No. 29

The Institute of Peace Support Operations Training Sri Lanka (IPSOTSL), in collaboration with the Directorate of Legal Services, Human Rights & Humanitarian Law (Dte of Leg Svcs HR & IHL), successfully concluded the Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law Advance Course (Other Ranks) No. 29 on 23 December 2024.

The course, conducted from 27 November to 23 December 2024, enhanced the knowledge on Human Rights and Humanitarian Law. Lance Corporal H.D.C Sandakelum of the Sri Lanka National Guard achieved the first in order of merit.

Colonel K.A.P Kuruppu USP, Colonel Legal Services delivered the closing remarks, and Brigadier M.K.L.A De Silva RSP USP psc, Commandant of IPSOTSL, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Senior Officers, Officers, and Instructors attended the ceremony.
