The Army Inter-Regiment Kabaddi Championship concluded on 22 November 2024 at the Army Physical Training School, Panagoda.
Players from 12 different regiments showcased their skills in the championship.
Major General A.M.K.G.P.S. K. Abeysinghe, Director General of Financial Management, Colonel Commandant of the Sri Lanka Army General Service Corps (SLAGSC), and Chairman of the Sri Lanka Army Kabaddi Committee, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and participated in the awarding ceremony.
After a series of closely contested encounters, the Engineer Service Regiment emerged as champions in the Novice Men's Team Championship. The Sri Lanka Electrical and Mechanical Engineers claimed the runner-up position, while the Sri Lanka Army General Service Corps secured the second runner-up title.
Senior Officers, Officers, and Other Ranks participated in the event.
