Paddy cultivation for the "Maha" Season commenced amidst religious observances under the guidance of Brigadier M.P.N.A. Muthumala USP psc, the General Officer Commanding of 56 Infantry Division, at an auspicious time on 08 November 2024.
During the event, 6 acres of paddy fields were cultivated with an early-maturing seedling variety. Senior officers, Officers and Other Ranks participated in the programme.
