Commander of Logistic Command, Security Forces (Jaffna), Visits 5 SLASC

Major General G.L.S.W Liyanage USP psc, the Commander of Logistic Command, Security Forces (Jaffna), visited the 5 Sri Lanka Army Service Corps (SLASC) on 08 November 2024.

Upon his arrival, he was accorded a drive pass and welcomed by Major E.R.S De Silva Lsc, the Commanding Officer of 5 SLASC.

During the visit, the Commanding Officer provided a comprehensive briefing on the unit's operational functions and key responsibilities, giving the visiting Senior Officer insight into the unit’s activities. Then, the visiting Senior Officer addressed the troops and posed for a group photograph. Senior Officers, Officers, and Other Ranks participated in the visit.
