The Engineering Services Central Workshop (ESCWKSP) celebrated its 27th anniversary on 30 October 2024 under the guidance of Colonel N. Wanigasinghe Lsc, Commandant of ESCWKSP, Habarakada.
As part of the anniversary activities, troops attended a dhamma sermon on 16 October 2024 and conducted a shramadana campaign at the Provincial Ayurvedic Hospital, Meegoda, on 17 October 2024. Troops also organized a friendly cricket match.
On the anniversary day, a ceremonial Guard Turnout was presented to the Commandant, followed by a group photo and All Ranks tea. The Commandant then opened a new accommodation building at the Warrant Officers' & Sergeants’ Mess and inaugurated two bus stops near the Panagoda Army Cantonment B gate. The event concluded with a musical show.
