Indian Assistant Defence Adviser Meets Chief of Staff

Lieutenant Colonel Mandeep Singh Negi, SM, the Assistant Defence Adviser at the High Commission of India in Colombo on 03 October 2024 paid a courtesy call on the Chief of Staff, Major General W.P.A.D.W Nanayakkara RSP VSV USP ndu at the Army Headquarters.

During the ensuing interactive discussion, the Chief of Staff shared insightful thoughts with the new Assistant Defence Adviser. Both of them acknowledged the long-standing bonds of goodwill, cooperation, and understanding between the armed forces of their respective countries.

At the conclusion of the cordial meeting, Chief of Staff presented a special memento to the Assistant Defence Adviser as a token of goodwill from the Sri Lanka Army. The gesture was reciprocated.
