6 SLAC Constructs a New House for a Deserving Family

Troops of 6 Sri Lanka Armoured Corps (SLAC) vested a newly constructed house for a deserving family in Bakmeegama, Trincomalee on 20 August 2024.

Mr. D.V. Perera extended much - required financial generosity for the success of the project in memory of his father, Late General Deshmanya Dennis Perera VSV ndc psc, of Eighth Army Commander of the Sri Lanka Army.

Major General P.A.M. Peiris RSP USP psc, the General Officer Commanding of the 22 Infantry Division, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.

Senior Officers, Officers, Other Ranks, and relatives of the beneficiary participated in the event.
