The Human Rights (HR) and International Humanitarian Law (IHL) Basic Course (Other Ranks) Number 35 concluded on 26 July 2024 at the Institute of Peace Support Operations Training Sri Lanka (IPSOTSL), Kukuleganga.
The course, conducted from 08 July 2024 to 26 July 2024 under the guidance of the Directorate of Legal Services, Human Rights & Humanitarian Law, with the participation of 31 Other Ranks from Tri-Services.
The closing remarks was delivered by Colonel N.S. Nallaperuma USP ndc, the Director of Legal Services, Human Rights & Humanitarian Law, and Brigadier S.A. Hettige RSP psc, the Commandant of the Institute of Peace Support Operations Training Sri Lanka.
Senior Officers, Officers, and Other Ranks from the Tri-Forces were present at the ceremony.
