General Officer Commanding's Challenge Football Tournament

Under the visionary leadership of Major General P.A.M Peiris RSP USP psc, General Officer Commanding of the 22 Infantry Division, the "General Officer Commanding' Challenge Football Tournament" took place at Keselthuduwa Camp Ground from 12 to 16 July 2024.

Ten groups, comprising Divisional Headquarters, Brigade Headquarters, and Units under command to 22 Infantry Division, enthusiastically participated in the tournament. 22 Infantry Division team and the 2 (Volunteer) Gajaba Regiment team competed in the finals, and 2 (Volunteer) Gajaba Regiment emerged victorious.

Brigade Commanders, Unit Commanders, Senior Officers, and Officers, participated in the event.
