Knowledge Exchange Session Held at 4 ESR

Under the guidance of Major General I.A.N.B Perera RWP USP ndu psc, the Military Secretary and Colonel Commandant of the Corps of Engineer Services, a knowledge-sharing session was held at the 4 Engineer Services Regiment on 29 June 2024.

This event was organized to facilitate the sharing of experiences of Senior Officers with young Officers, promoting informal interaction and enabling young Officers to gain knowledge and insights to excel in their professional careers. Colonel G.W.A.S.B Muhandiramge USP, the Deputy Director of the Directorate of Maintenance and Management, and Colonel N. Wanigasinghe Lsc, the Commandant of the Engineer Services Central Workshop, shared their expertise and experiences, making the event highly beneficial.

A ballroom dance training session for the Officers, conducted by Mr. Prasad Subasinghe, added an engaging and enjoyable element to the day's activities.
