Directorate of Army Bands and Performing Arts Hosts Stress Management Lecture

The Directorate of Army Bands and Performing Arts organized an insightful lecture on stress management on 04 July 2024 at the lecture hall with the participation of 114 troops.

The lecture was conducted by Major S.V.R.A. de Silva of the Sri Lanka Army General Service Corps. During the session, he discussed various stress management techniques, providing valuable strategies and tools to manage stress effectively.
