Under the guidance of the Commander, Security Forces - East, Major General S.A Kulatunge RWP RSP VSV USP psc, troops of the Security Forces Headquarters - East (SFHQ - East) organised a jackfruit, chickpea and cassava Dansala in Welikanda town on Poson Poya day (21 June 2024).
A large number of civilians living around the area attended the dansala. Furthermore, four Poson lanterns made by troops of SFHQ - East added glamour to Poson day.
Senior Officers, Officers, and Other Ranks of the SFHQ - East participated in the event.
