Successful Vaccination Program Conducted by 54 Infantry Division

Under the guidance of Major General K.M.P.S.B. Kulathunge RSP ndc psc, the General Officer Commanding, 54 Infantry Division, a vaccination program was conducted to eradicate rabies from Mannar Island from 12 to 14 March 2024 at 11 Sri Lanka Artillery and 4 Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment camps premises.

A total of 253 street dogs and pets were vaccinated during this initiative in collaboration with the medical staff of Public Health Veterinary Services.
