‘Blissful Life in Army’ Workshop held at 11 Division

With the intention of supporting the conduct of a contended life among Army personnel serving the 11 Division under the Security Force Headquarters-Central (SFHQ-C) , the Directorate of Psychological Operations in cooperation with the Army Mental Health Unit conducted a workshop on the theme ‘Blissful Life in the Army’ at the 11 Division premises during 13-15 October.

 A total of 33 Officers attended the workshop.

The workshop was conducted by Colonel R.M .M Moneragala, Consultant Psychiatrist and his medical team of the Army Hospital

The workshop largely focused on management of civil and military life, conduct of civil relations and understanding of social issues, resolution of day-today problems, drug prevention and finally the road to a successful life.

Major General D.S.N.K. Senadheera, General Officer Commanding, 11 Division, together with several officers in the 11 Division also attended the programme.
