Workshop for SNCOs’ at SFHQ-East Held

A 3-day workshop for Senior Non Commissioned Officers (SNCO) serving the 23 Division of the Security Force Headquarters - East (SFHQ- E) was held during April 5-7.

With the intention of enhancing the knowledge on subjects related to roles of SNCOs in practical and theoretical streams, 156 SNCOs serving under battalions of the SFHQ – E followed the course.

A retired Warrant Officer I (WO I) K.H.A Senevirathne of the Corps of Engineers (SLE) conducted lectures.

Major General D.D.U.K Hettiarachchi, General Officer Commanding, (GOC) SFHQ- E addressed the gathering at the opening address. 

Several officers and other ranks in the 23 Division and the SFHQ- E witnessed the occasion.
