Workshop for SNCO at SFHQ - W Held

Troops of the Security Force Headquarters – Wanni (SF-W) conducted a two- day long leadership development workshop for Senior Non Commissioned Officers (SNCO), serving in the SF-W area during 8-10 August at the Headquarters premises.

43 Senior Non Commissioned Officers participated in the programme and completed the workshop successfully.

Delivery of the opening statement and the certificate awarding ceremony, led by Colonel General Staff of SF-W Colonel D.B.C Jayasinghe took place afterwards on Wednesday (10).  

The workshop educated the Army personnel on theory, practical sessions on leadership, etiquettes and team-building exercises as major modules in the programme.
