Under the guidance of Major General W.P. Kariyawasam, the General Officer Commanding of the 23 Infantry Division, a workshop on map reading was conducted on 12 June 2024. The lecture, aimed at enhancing map-handling skills, was delivered by Staff Sergeant M.M. Amaradasa from the Special Forces Training School in Maduruoya. 124 troops, including Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks participated in the lecture.
